Hey guys. Today, I am going to go over some of my favorite low-carb ketogenic snacks. So most of you guys know that i’m, actually not a huge fan of snacking. So in general I like to eat full meals.
When I do eat – and I very very rarely ever snack, however, for many many people, especially you know, if you just can’t handle a large meal and you want to do intermittent fasting or whatever it is.
You may want a snack also. It can be very good when you’re traveling to just have something that satiates you but doesn’t impact your blood, sugar and uh, and also tastes good, that’s, something that you enjoy.
So some of my favorite foods and things that I will enjoy um just healthy fats in general, so I love avocado, I make guacamole. I make protein shakes with avocado in there, so they’re kind of like a protein pudding, so love avocado.
I love olives, so I have olives on salads and vegetable dishes and things like that. I make a great Mediterranean salad, with avocado, with uh with olives in them um. I even like to munch on a lot of different vegetables.
I like to just chew on radishes, for example, radishes are one of my favorite. I love hearts of palm, which is low, carb full of prebiotic fibers. I love artichoke, which is one of the best foods but best vegetables, for your liver, for your gallbladder, for helping stimulate good bile flow.
It works really good and other other good snacks and oftentimes. What I actually do is I’ll. I’ll eat these at the end of a meal. So if I eat a good meal, but I still just don’t feel fully satiated. I need a little bit more calories.
I might munch on some nuts, so this is a cashew almond and pistachios. I also like just straight up pistachios pistachios. I love I just love the savory flavor of them, so that works great. Sometimes I’ll.
Have some cashews? Also, coconut flakes are great, so they’re full of healthy fats, medium chain fats that work really really good, really satiating and they taste good, especially if you put them in the freezer or if you put these in the freezer, they come out and It tastes like candy chips, they actually taste really really good, so that’s, another great one, some bone broth a lot of times we are hungry, but we’re really thirsty and we’re, really craving minerals.
Bone broth provides protein, provides trace, minerals, electrolytes and helps hydrate our bodies. It’s, a great way to quell any sort of hunger and cravings that we have and then sometimes we just need a little bit more protein.
So I also love the paleo valley. Beef sticks right here. These are something I do thoroughly enjoy a lot of these every week, oftentimes in combination with a meal, but sometimes, if I do feel like, I need a snack.
This is usually my go-to. It’s, the beef sticks, the grass-fed beef sticks here and then guys. I wanted to share with you my favorite protein bar. Now, if you go to a grocery store, there are so many different varieties of protein and energy bars, and many manufacturers send me products because I’m an influencer and they want me to endorse them, and I will tell you just about every protein Bar I’ve.
Had I just don’t feel good. I get gassy bloated, I just don’t, feel very good and when I check my actual blood sugar and actually they actually increase cravings. So my blood sugar goes up, my insulin is impacted, and I just don’t feel as good, even if they’re low, carb bars, but the brand that I found that really works well and it tastes great as well is perfect.
Keto, so this is like the lemon poppy seed bar, and this is full of collagen protein and collagen is a protein that many people are deficient in. Collagen is actually what makes up our joints our skin, our hair, our gut lining, most of us, are not getting enough collagen because we’re, not eating collagenous proteins.

You’re still enjoying yourself, but you’re eating, something that’s, not going to impact your blood sugar, spike, your insulin and it’s going to leave you feeling bad and cravings.
This is going to help blunt cravings help improve your satiation, so you’re gonna feel full. It’s. That’s. Why? I showed you guys, olives avocados, the grass-fed beef sticks, different nuts, like pistachios macadamia nuts, also really good, coconut flakes real foods is a great way to go. You know you’re, not going to go wrong with that, but if you do want some sort of healthy uh, you know nutrient dense, supportive processed food.

So a lot of good stuff there, so general takeaways not a huge fan of snacking. I, like I personally like to do one or two meals a day: okay and they’re, big meals. So when I eat I eat a lot. I just don’t eat, often okay, and that works great for my body.
However, if you’re, somebody that really struggles to eat a lot in a meal, if it’s, it’s, a challenge to get a lot of calories down in one meal. Then you may need to do like three small meals and try to get it in a condensed eating window like an eight-hour eating window.
So you get the benefits of intermittent fasting and if you do that, you’re going to get better fat burning benefits. It’s, going to help improve your body’s, self-healing processes with autophagy, so that’s, a really good idea.
However, you know if you’re doing the three meals you may need some things that are quick on the go because it may impact your day. For example, if you were to do your first meal at 10 a.m and your last meal, you finished by 6 p.
m. You may be out running errands in your car at you know a time when you would normally need to eat and then therefore it’s great to have the paleo valley. Beef stick right there available for you, so you can.
You can go ahead and eat that um or having one of these keto bars right or maybe having some kettle and fire broth or some pistachios or you know whatever it is that you need it’s good to have that available um.
